HR Advisor in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire

Salary: up to £38,830.05 depending upon experience

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Fixed term until 31 March 2027

Location: Home-based, with occasional local travel to sites and offices around the Newcastle Under Lyme region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your change management, recruitment and systems knowledge and experience. Restructure and merger experience would be beneficial. Requirements:

• Demonstratable experience, ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards).
• Experience in a wide range of change management programs, restructures, employee relations and relevant legislation.
• A keen eye on talent management to attract the right candidates and make successful appointments to vacancies.
• Detail focused, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Tech savvy, proficient in IT with experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with strong influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and key stakeholder management skills.
