I'm currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend.
This is a great opportunity to work at both a strategic level, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive key people initiatives, organisational change, and provide expert HR support across a diverse workforce.
Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing people strategy
- Support organisational change and transformation activity
- Lead on TUPE transfers, particularly within acquisitions
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes
- Drive engagement, performance, and workforce planning initiatives
Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with TUPE and acquisitions
- Confident working with HR data to spot trends and provide insight-led recommendations
Job Offer
- Salary up to £60,000 + benefits
- 12-month FTC (potential to extend)
- Birmingham-based - 2-3 days onsite
