I'm currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend.

Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing people strategy
  • Support organisational change and transformation activity
  • Lead on TUPE transfers, particularly within acquisitions
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes
  • Drive engagement, performance, and workforce planning initiatives

Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience with TUPE and acquisitions
  • Confident working with HR data to spot trends and provide insight-led recommendations

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000 + benefits
  • 12-month FTC (potential to extend)
  • Birmingham-based - 2-3 days onsite
