HR Business Partner in Brent, Greater London

HR Business Partner - This leading multi-site £100m+ Design and Construction business with 300 staff has an excellent HR Business Partner opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Human Resources / HR professional to join its national operation.

Year-on-year growth, a top-notch leadership team and an enviable list of blue-chip clients, makes this HR Business Partner opportunity an exciting role, developing and delivering its HR strategy in line with its business plans.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the senior leaders, this HR Business Partner role will include:

• Partner with senior leaders in the business to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance and capability issues in line with UK employment regulation, best practice and ACAS guidelines
• Identity training, learning and development needs across the workforce, managing talent and promoting succession-planning
• Lead change management and organisational development initiatives and support employee engagement and culture transformation
• Develop and review HR policy, systems and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement in all areas of the business
• Create and manage employee benefit, reward and compensation schemes and liaise with payroll providers when necessary
• Provide regular analysis and reports on HR, talent and recruitment for senior leadership and the Board

This Human Resources role will suit a hands-on and strategic experienced HR professional / HR Manager / HR Business Partner, experienced in a multi-site people-focused business, ideally from the logistics, transport, manufacturing or construction sectors.
