HR Business Partner

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the business to ensure people strategies align with organisational objectives and future growth plans.
The HR Business Partner will:
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.
- Support talent acquisition, employee development, retention and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support succession planning, workforce planning and organisational development programmes.
- Manage HR data, reporting and HRIS processes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
The HR Business Partner will have:
- Experience partnering with senior leaders within complex organisational environments.
- Experience delivering initiatives across talent management, performance, capability development and organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience supporting employee relations activities and people risk management.
- Ability to provide guidance on legal and ethical HR matters.
- Experience working within technology-led or engineering-focused environments.
- CIPD membership and/or relevant HR professional experience.
