Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies.
- Providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development and compliance.
- Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activity, developing innovative attraction strategies to secure exceptional people.
- Supporting succession planning, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Using people data and insight to influence decision making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Developing and embedding robust HR policies, processes and compliance frameworks.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation to promote a collaborative, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and other HR service providers.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys operating both strategically and operationally.
You'll ideally have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, reward and compliance.
- A particular passion for talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
- Confidence using HR metrics and data to influence business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to create positive employee experiences.
