A charity based in London are looking for a Permanent HR Business Partner to join them at short notice. The role is a strategic role with some operational elements. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

Description

A HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance
  • Partner with your client group to move away from a reactive approach to be more proactive and strategic
  • Develop people plans, workforce planning, succession planning
  • Lead a variety of strategic initiatives
  • The role will still encompass operational and business as usual activity
  • Lead on employee relations activity as first line support and advice, and collaborate with the ER specialist on more complex casework
  • Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead on change management activity including restructures and consultations
  • Develop relationships were your client group view HR as credible and value add
  • Advise managers on HR Processes
  • Line management 1 individual

Profile

A HR Business Partner with:

  • Strong employee relations knowledge
  • Experience working in not-for-profit, retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site organisations is desirable
  • Previous partnering experience
  • Able to start at short notice

Job Offer

Salary up to £52,000 per annum
