As an HR Business Partner in the professional services industry based in Birmingham City Centre, you'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Your role will focus on partnering with stakeholders to provide strategic HR support and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR initiatives.

Description

• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, including handling complex cases with confidence.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee performance management processes and employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to organisational change and development projects.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• A strong background in Human Resources, ideally within professional services.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in handling employee relations and HR compliance matters.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to provide strategic advice and implement HR initiatives effectively.

Job Offer

• A salary of c£65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position within the professional services industry.
• 2 days a week in the offices.
