HR Business Partner in London, Greater London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver people initiatives that support the bank's objectives.

They are committed to developing their people, maintaining a robust regulatory framework, and driving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the business.

Description

• Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Supporting performance management, salary reviews, promotions and talent development initiatives.
• Leading learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, induction programmes, and succession planning.
• Advising managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and probation cases.
• Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Supporting regulatory requirements including SMCR, GDPR, remuneration governance and compliance reporting.
• Managing relationships with external training providers and benefits partners.
• Driving ESG initiatives, reporting and employee engagement activities.
• Producing HR metrics and management reports to support decision making.

Profile

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified and degree educated (or equivalent).
• Solid HR experience gained within banking or financial services.
• Previous experience as an HR professional
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience advising on employee relations matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer

• Salary up to £66,000 with excellent benefits
• 5 days office in probation, then reduces to 4 days
• Compensation on learning schemes
• Prime location in London
