Description
- Lead and develop the People Adviser, providing coaching and support to maximise performance
- Partner with leaders to understand challenges and deliver commercially focused, medium-long term people solutions
- Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
- Use data and insight to shape effective, evidence-based people strategies
- Support acquisitions and onboarding activity, ensuring alignment with policies and processes
- Assist in adopting new technology and data-led approaches to improve services and experience
- Drive process improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline people journeys
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Qualifications:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Experience:
- Generalist HR experience with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach
- Strong Employee Relations knowledge with a track record managing complex cases
- Experience delivering people solutions aligned to business strategy
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Solid understanding of ER, engagement, wellbeing, D&I and employment law
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into insight
- Highly organised, detail-focused, with a service-led mindset
- Confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
- Proficient across HR systems and MS Office
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Proactive, solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and delivery
Job Offer
