HR Business Partner; What’s in it for you

- Partner with leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans that support improved business performance
- Provide day-to-day generalist support while contributing to projects, business change and organisational development
- Lead succession planning, talent management, workforce development and recruitment initiatives, supporting hiring managers throughout
- Manage employee relations and performance matters, providing managers with practical guidance aligned with employment legislation
- Use workforce data and insight to identify opportunities, influence decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Ongoing evaluation of compliance and hr policies, ensuring they are up to date and in line with current legislation
- Reviewing and updating policies, processes, employee data for accuracy and compliance
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional knowledge is preferred
- Strong HR generalist background with experience operating at business partnering or management level, ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, engineering or a similar SME environment
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations matters
- Proven experience delivering projects across areas such as succession planning, employee engagement, organisational development and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including building effective working relationships with senior leaders and supporting organisational change
- Strong HR systems and data management, is able to drive and influence decision through data and insights
- Ability to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguity.
