Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can truly influence business performance and shape people strategy?
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives while providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting managers, developing talent, improving employee engagement, leading complex employee relations matters, and helping to build a high-performing, people-focused culture.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted business partner, you'll:

Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Provide expert advice on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management and organisational change.

Lead on complex HR casework, ensuring commercially sound and legally compliant outcomes.

Support organisational change, restructures and redundancy consultations where required.

Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention and overall business performance.

Lead and enhance performance management processes across the organisation.

Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Review and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and best practice.

Analyse people data and trends to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Contribute to the development of reward and benefits strategies to remain competitive within the market.

Coach and develop managers, helping them build confidence in leading their teams effectively.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and projects.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
Strong employee relations knowledge, with confidence managing complex cases.
Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Commercial awareness with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
Strong recruitment, talent management and performance management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to analyse data and use insight to influence decision-making.
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
