As an HR Business Partner at Kidderminster College, you will:

• Act as the primary HR contact for designated business areas, providing professional advice and support to managers,
• Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, performance, probation, and organisational change cases,
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes,
• Work collaboratively with managers to provide practical, business-focused HR solutions and ensure compliance with employment legislation,
• Support the implementation of people projects, organisational change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities,
• Line manage and support HR team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery are maintained.

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience,
• Significant experience managing employee relations cases within a complex organisation,
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and people management processes,
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, projects, or TUPE-related activities,
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills,
• Experience managing and developing staff teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
