The HR Case Manager will deliver a proactive, expert HR advisory service to managers across the business, supporting complex people matters including serious conduct, capability, employee concerns, suspensions, investigations and hearings. They will manage a varied caseload, provide clear guidance aligned to policy and UK employment law, and coach managers to build capability and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers with complex ER cases, investigations and hearings.

  • CIPD Level 7 ideal.

  • Strong coaching capability and analytical skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.
