Act as a trusted advisor to managers while ensuring alignment with Irish employment legislation and company policy. You will help maintain fair, consistent and legally compliant employee relations practices while balancing business needs and employee experience.
Consulting & Manager CoachingProvide specialist guidance and practical solutions across a broad range of people challenges. The successful candidate will be confident coaching managers through sensitive and often complex situations, exercising sound judgement and influencing outcomes at all levels of the organisation.
Culture & Capability EnhancementSupport the development of an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture by strengthening leadership capability and partnering with stakeholders on strategic people initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness.
HR Programmes & Organisational EffectivenessContribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of HR programmes and initiatives that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement through data-driven insights and industry best practice.
Skills & experienceEssential- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law.

- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Consulting or related business programmes and processes

This position would suit an experienced HR Consultant, Employee Relations Consultant, senior HR Business Partner or Employee Relations Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering directly with leaders to solve challenging people issues.
You will be a pragmatic consultant who can balance commercial judgement, regulatory compliance and employee experience while confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels.
