Description

• Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Lead in Learning and Development Training Programme .
• Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• HRIS Project - support with the data, workflow and integration of the new system due to launch.
• Assist with employee queries and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with learning and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related projects.

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

• Experience in a human resources or administrative role, ideally within professional services.
• Minimum of CIPD Level 3.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £35,000+ dependent on the level of experience.
