We are partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to support a key business unit of circa 1,000 employees. The role is based in Dublin, with a hybrid working model in place.
Reporting into the Group HR function and working closely with a HR Business Partner, this position will partner with senior leadership to drive the people strategy, support transformation initiatives, and deliver a high-impact HR service within a matrix environment.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on position, offering the opportunity to:
- Lead and deliver the people strategy and agenda aligned to business goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders across a complex, matrix structure
- Drive organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
- Support and lead on change and transformation programmes
- Manage and advise on complex employee relations casework
- Lead talent and succession planning, building strong leadership pipelines
- Collaborate with wider HR functions (e.g. Reward, Talent, L&D, Recruitment) to deliver integrated solutions
- Help shape a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who:
- Have operated at HR Manager / HRBP level within a large, complex organisation
- Are experienced in working within a matrix environment, influencing at senior level
- Bring strong organisational development and change management experience
- Have a track record of delivering people strategy and transformation initiatives
- Are confident managing complex ER casework
- Combine commercial thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
