65000 - €72,000 per annum (Euros) DOE for a 4.5 day week (fully onsite as manufacturing workforce)
KPI driven bonus up to 7.5% at overachievement taking OTE to €77,400

Bridge Recruitment UK Limited are proud to be working with a large design and manufacturing organisation in Ireland who are seeking to appoint a professional and experienced HR Manager to assume responsibility for their busy Irish HR function. This role has been created due to the promotion of the incumbent HR Manager to HR Director and the successful candidate will become the senior HR leader to assume responsibility for the Irish HR function whilst reporting into said HR Director.

Day to day, the successful candidate will also handle the management and delegation of operational HR - employee relations, recruitment, training, advice to managers, and compensation practice. With that, there is real scope to plan talent development, succession planning, and organisational design as the business continues to grow.

The successful candidate will:

Establish themselves as the trusted partner to the Irish Leadership Team.
Assume complete ownership of operational HR across Ireland.
Deliver strategic HR initiatives independently.
Strengthen management capability through coaching and leadership support.
Improve workforce planning and organisational capability.
Successfully lead the team through any complex employee relations matters.
Build credibility through commercial judgement and delivery.
Be calm under pressure
Understand the full functionality of a busy HR role

Essential Experience Required:

Senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, logistics, or a similarly operational environment.
Responsibility for a workforce of approximately 300-800 employees.
Experience partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams as the recognised HR authority.
Leading HR teams within lean organisational structures.
Delivering strategic HR programmes end-to-end - not co-leading, not supporting.
Leading organisational change.
Managing complex employee relations matters.
Strong commercial acumen.
Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
