Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the HR function across multiple sites, providing practical and commercially focused HR support to managers and employees alike. You'll play a key role in ensuring people processes run smoothly, supporting organisational growth and helping to create a positive working environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision-making and making a genuine impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.
  • Provide practical HR guidance and support to managers and senior leaders.
  • Lead and support recruitment and onboarding activities across the business.
  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen people management capability.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and succession planning activities.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment practices remain compliant and up to date.
  • Support organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and support payroll and HR administration processes.
  • Produce HR reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
We are looking for an approachable and resilient HR professional who can confidently operate at all levels of the business.
You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR position, ideally at HR Manager level.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
  • The ability to coach, influence and challenge managers in a constructive manner.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting business change and implementing HR improvements.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience within a retail, logistics or multi-site environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

What's on Offer?
  • Competitive salary depending on experience.
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • Free parking on site.
  • Employee discount scheme.
  • Wellbeing support.
  • Birthday leave.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a real impact within the business.
If you are an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can influence positive change and support the continued success of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you. For more information, please contact Becky at Pure.
