A leading independent prep school in Buckinghamshire, close to Berkshire and West London are seeking an HR Manager for August or September 2026. This is a full time and permanent role.

The School is seeking a committed and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape all aspects of HR within a close-knit, values-driven community. Reporting to the Head, you will provide a comprehensive HR service across the school, supporting both teaching and support staff. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, safeguarding compliance, HR policy development, and day-to-day advisory work, ensuring best practice and alignment with current employment legislation. The successful candidate will be a confident HR generalist with sound judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. Experience in the education sector and knowledge of safer recruitment practices would be advantageous.
