Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Will consider 9am-3pm, Flexible as required)

What's the role about?As HR & People Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity
- Partner with leadership to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy
- Lead recruitment, ensuring the business attracts and retains high-quality talent
- Strengthen organisational culture, moving from reactive to proactive HR practices
- Support leaders with people challenges, coaching them to build high-performing teams
- Develop and implement a clear people strategy aligned to business growth plans
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from role scoping through to onboarding and induction
- Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design
- Build and embed effective HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives across the business
- Drive cultural evolution, embedding values and improving engagement
Requirements
About YouYou're someone who:
- Has proven experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally in an SME environment
- Is equally comfortable at strategic level and delivering hands-on HR support
- Brings strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Has a track record of managing recruitment and improving quality of hires
- Is commercially aware and understands the link between people and performance
- Builds trust quickly, communicates effectively, and handles sensitive situations with confidence
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can make a real difference
