HR & OD Change Management Specialist

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR & OD Change Management Specialist on a Contract basis.

As the HR & OD Change Management Specialist, you will lead and support complex organisational change initiatives across the organisation's modernisation programme. The successful candidate will combine strategic change expertise with strong hands-on delivery skills, ensuring that change is effectively communicated, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £400 a day inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans across major organisational transformation programmes
• Support the delivery of service redesign, organisational restructuring, digital transformation and workforce transformation initiatives
• Undertake detailed change impact assessments to understand how proposed changes will affect employees
• Develop change management toolkits, guidance and training materials for managers and employees

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Significant experience delivering complex organisational change and transformation programmes
• IPD Level 5 or Level 7, or equivalent HR/OD experience
• Recognised Change Management qualification such as Prosci, APMG, CMI or equivalent
• Local Authority experience is essential
