HR & Office Manager | Ilkeston | £35,000 - £45,000   

A growing SME business based in Ilkeston are currently looking for a HR & Office Manager to join the team due to rapid growth over the last few years. This role is a standalone role reporting into the directors, and you will be pivotable to ensuring all HR related matters are dealt with expertly and the office s run smoothly

Main duties will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, structure and policies
  • On Boarding and off boarding employees
  • Employment contracts
  • Disciplinaries
  • Return to work
  • Employee engagement
  • Facilities management
  • Managing relationships and negotiating costs for all office supplies
  • Health and Safety
  • Managing and attending meetings
  • Working with the directors on key projects
  • Diary management

This is an opportunity to really make the role your own, and to make a real difference. They are offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000.  Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with 30 minutes lunch break, Monday to Friday. Free parking. This role is fully onsite there is NO hybrid available.
