HR Systems Administrator in Cornwall

HR Systems Administrator (Dayforce)
3-Month FTC or Contract | Fully Remote

We're supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month engagement. The business is open to considering candidates on either a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) or day-rate contract basis, depending on preference and availability. Fully remote working is available.

This role will play a key part in the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of the organisation's HR and Payroll systems, with a particular focus on Dayforce.

• Strong experience managing and developing HR systems, ideally Dayforce
• Proven background in system administration, maintenance and continuous improvement
• Experience producing HR MI, reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
