HR Trainer in Birmingham, West Midlands

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure business that is looking to appoint a motivated HR Trainer. 

This is a newly focused role centred around developing the capability, confidence and consistency of managers across a large, operational, multi-site organisation.

As HR Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering practical training that enables managers, supervisors and site leaders to effectively manage their people. A key part of the role will be delivering practical, scenario-based training that reflects the realities of working within a construction and infrastructure environment.

Your role as HR Trainer will include:

• Develop and implement a structured people management training framework.
• Identify management capability gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.
• Coach managers through challenging people and employee relations situations.

The Successful HR Trainer will need:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in an HR operational role within Construction, Civil Engineering or similar
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
