Job Role: HSE Admin Support
Salary: £36,000 - £37,000 (9 Month FTC)
Location: Norwich

We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide essential administrative support within a health and safety environment at a leading research organisation based in Norwich. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a professional, safety-focused team, with the potential for a permanent position after approximately one year. The successful HSE Admin Support will:

• Manage and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
• Support all inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions
• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
• Contribute to ensuring the team's documentation and records remain compliant and up to date
• Support the health and safety team with administrative functions, with an interest in health and safety considered a bonus

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and inboxes efficiently
• Proficiency with standard office systems and excellent communication skills
