HSE Advisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction – Finland

HP4 Recruitment is recruiting HSE Advisors for a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland. You’ll support the project HSE team to keep a busy, multi-contractor site safe and compliant from groundworks through to commissioning.
The role
- Carry out daily site inspections, audits and safety walks
- Review RAMS and permits, and monitor high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, electrical)
- Run inductions and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and report findings
- Support compliance with Finnish occupational safety requirements and the project HSE plan
- Coach subcontractor supervisors and promote a positive safety culture
What we’re looking for
- Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience working with international contractors and mixed-language workforces
- Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a bonus
- Finnish site requirements: a Työturvallisuuskortti (Occupational Safety Card) and a Finnish tax number shown on your site ID card. We can help with both.
