HSE Advisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction – Norway

HP4 Recruitment is looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join a major data centre construction project in Norway. You’ll be part of the site HSE team on a fast-paced, high-profile build, supporting safe delivery across civils, structural and M&E packages.
The role
- Carry out site inspections and audits, and follow up actions with contractors
- Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Investigate incidents and near misses and report on them
- Support compliance with the project H&S plan and Norwegian regulations
- Track HSE data and contribute to weekly reporting and meetings
What we’re looking for
- Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre, mission-critical, pharma or energy experience is a strong advantage
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Confident challenging unsafe behaviour and working alongside multinational subcontractors
- Fluent English; Norwegian or Scandinavian language skills are a bonus
- An HMS card (Norwegian construction ID card) is required on site. We can help you arrange one.
