Working for a global engineering and technology leader, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that delivers innovative process solutions to some of the world's most demanding industries. With a strong focus on operational excellence, safety and continuous improvement, the organisation is seeking an HSE Advisor to support its Hampshire operation and wider UK activities.

This role will play a key part in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and supporting employees across manufacturing, project and service environments.

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day HSE support across the Eastleigh facility and associated project and service operations, including inductions, risk assessments and site safety guidance.
• Delivering effective HSE training, communication and support to operational teams, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and best practice.
• Conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and near-miss reviews, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of management systems, risk assessment processes, safe systems of work and wider QHSE initiatives across the business.

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and proven experience within a Health, Safety and Environmental role.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, with experience conducting inspections, audits and compliance activities.
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a related technical environment, with the ability to work effectively across operational teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, with a proactive approach and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
