We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site EHS Advisor (Offshore) to support a major offshore energy project.

You'll play a key role in driving a zero-harm culture, providing hands-on EHS leadership, and ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained during the final phase of a flagship offshore project (initially EA3).

This is a high-impact, site-based role with immediate start potential and long-term extension opportunities.

As Site EHS Advisor, you will:

  • Provide operational EHS support to the Site Manager and project team
  • Act as a visible safety leader and "zero harm" champion

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations

  • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Track corrective actions and communicate learnings

🚨 Emergency Response & Reporting

  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills
  • Produce weekly EHS reports and immediately escalate incidents

βœ… Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years offshore EHS experience
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety / Environmental discipline
  • BOSIET or GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
  • Strong working knowledge of EHS legislation and offshore construction environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • IOSH Chartered status
  • ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
  • First Aid at Work
  • Behavioural safety / coaching experience
  • HSG47 knowledge
