π The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site EHS Advisor (Offshore) to support a major offshore energy project.
You'll play a key role in driving a zero-harm culture, providing hands-on EHS leadership, and ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained during the final phase of a flagship offshore project (initially EA3).
This is a high-impact, site-based role with immediate start potential and long-term extension opportunities.

As Site EHS Advisor, you will:
π§ Project Delivery & Site Support
- Provide operational EHS support to the Site Manager and project team

- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks

β Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years offshore EHS experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety / Environmental discipline
- BOSIET or GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
- Strong working knowledge of EHS legislation and offshore construction environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- IOSH Chartered status
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- First Aid at Work
- Behavioural safety / coaching experience
- HSG47 knowledge
