HSEQ Lead

Piper Maddox is partnering with a well-established leader in the renewable energy sector that has been a prominent player in the UK market for many years. As a fully integrated Independent Power Producer (IPP), our client develops, constructs, owns, and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects across a diverse portfolio, including onshore wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

This is a key position within the business, responsible for driving the highest standards of health and safety across the project lifecycle. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely and compliantly while acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the renewable energy sector, with exposure to utility-scale solar, BESS, and/or wind projects.
- A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent health and safety qualification).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and manage a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK as required.
