The role includes completing support plans and risk assessments, helping clients access housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and other local services, and working closely with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. You will maintain accurate case records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults or people with complex needs, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload. A good understanding of housing, tenancy sustainment, and safeguarding is desirable.
Essential requirements:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people in a housing, homelessness, or support setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and person-centred support.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car, as regular travel across Leeds and surrounding areas is essential.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working within a supportive and values-driven organisation.
