Are you an experienced Tendering Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Estimator with HV, utilities, or renewable energy experience looking to join a growing business?

You'll play a key role in developing technically sound, commercially competitive tenders while working closely with clients, suppliers, and delivery teams.

The Role

• Prepare technical and commercial tenders for HV substations, networks, and renewable projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and scopes to develop accurate estimates and pricing.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, delivery teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage tender clarifications, client queries, and post-tender meetings.
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks and value-engineering opportunities.
• Support project handovers following successful bids.

The Person

• Experience in Tendering, Estimating, Proposals, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong HV/power systems knowledge, ideally 11kV-132kV+.
• Experience across HV substations, utilities, renewables, new connections, or private networks.
• Experience within the Power, Utilities, HV, or Energy sectors.

Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
