Salary £44K - £46K + Company van 25 days holiday, plus birthday off, and bank holidays
 
Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer with a background in planned and reactive maintenance? Would you be happy carrying out small remedial works and minor installations?

We’re working with a growing facilities management company that services both commercial and domestic properties across the Midlands. Due to several new contract wins, they want to expand their team with an experienced HVAC Engineer.

As a mobile HVAC Engineer, you'll be covering Birmingham and surrounding areas (including Coventry and Leicester), delivering maintenance across commercial properties, including plant rooms and communal areas.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant
  • Fault finding and basic repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Water temperature checks and legionella testing
  • Working on pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs
  • General plumbing (e.g. TMVs, flushing, like-for-like replacements)
What We’re Looking For: We’re open to various backgrounds, as long as you’re confident in the commercial building environment. You might be:
  • A Commercial Plumber
  • A Mechanically or Electrically qualified Engineer
  • A Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Essential:
  • Qualification in either Mechanical (HVAC, Gas, Plumbing) or Electrical (Level 2+)
  • Previous experience in commercial building or plant room maintenance
