What You'll Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and Support: Oversee a team of field-based operatives and technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate Activities: Manage daily service and maintenance operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Offer hands-on technical support to your team, helping to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Monitor Performance: Keep a close eye on productivity and quality standards, ensuring everything meets our high expectations.
- Conduct Site Visits: Get out in the field to provide direct assistance and ensure our high standards are maintained.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop Your Team: Support the training and mentoring of your team members, helping them grow and excel.
- Plan Resources: Assist in scheduling workloads and planning resources effectively.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold health and safety practises, ensuring all work is completed safely and responsibly.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: A solid technical background in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or service environments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities to tackle challenges head-on.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer-facing interactions.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage priorities and juggle multiple workstreams with ease.
- Safety Knowledge: A good understanding of health and safety practises.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
