We are recruiting a Hybrid Tutor/Assessor to deliver engaging online Adult Skills programmes at Level 2 and Level 3. This is a salaried position with guaranteed work throughout the academic year.
The role involves delivering three online webinars per day, alongside learner assessment, virtual marking, progress reviews, and learner support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online teaching and assessment.
- Plan engaging learning sessions and monitor learner progress.
- Complete virtual marking and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learner achievement, employability, and personal development.
- Maintain accurate records and quality assurance compliance.
- Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
About You
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or assessing.
- Strong communication, organisation, and digital skills.
- Confident delivering online learning.
- Self-motivated with a learner-focused approach.
- QTS is not required.
