Hygiene Operative - (Night Shifts Only)
Location: Grimsby Docks
Shifts:  Days - 6am to 6pm, 4 on 4 off
            Nights - 6pm to 6am, 4 on 4 off
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.75 to 13.75 per hour
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to join a busy and well-established bread production site located on the docks in Grimsby. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the factory during night operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitising production lines, machinery, and equipment

• Deep cleaning of bakery and prep areas in line with hygiene schedules

• Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly (full training provided)

• Following strict food hygiene and health & safety guidelines

• Completing hygiene records accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hygiene or cleaning experience in a factory or food environment is essential.

• Comfortable with manual tasks and working in a factory environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule

• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
