🧼 Hygiene Operative – Bakery Warehouse

We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a busy bakery warehouse in Buckingham.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and ensuring waste is dealt with efficiently.

🧹 Key Responsibilities:

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Clearing waste and maintaining clean working areas
• Sweeping and squeegeeing floors
• Cleaning warehouse areas and equipment as required
• Supporting general hygiene and housekeeping duties
• Moving flour and other materials around the warehouse
• Carrying out manual handling tasks safely
• Following all site hygiene, health & safety and food safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to maintain high standards throughout the warehouse

👤 About You:

• Previous cleaning, hygiene, warehouse or production experience is beneficial
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Able to work on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience within a food production or bakery environment would be advantageous, but is not essential

⏰ Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
6:00am – 2:00pm
