CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Bakery Hygiene Operatives to join a busy bakery production environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across the bakery.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and washing baking trays, including using a jet wash
- Cleaning machinery, equipment and production areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Carrying out general and deep cleaning duties
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and chemical handling procedures
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Food manufacturing, warehouse or factory experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
Pay : £12.71
Night shift : 18:00-06:00 4 Nights in 4 Nights Off
Full training and PPE provided.
