We're recruiting for an IAM Architect to support an enterprise identity transformation programme.
The role covers Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, IAM and PAM, working closely with Security and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions. They're looking for strong enterprise IAM architecture experience, with solid knowledge of authentication, access controls and privileged access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise IAM architecture across Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta and PAM
- Define identity, authentication and access management strategies
- Support identity transformation, migration and modernisation programmes
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure and Identity teams
- Identify and implement improvements to identity security and access controls
- Develop architectural designs, standards and roadmaps
- Proven experience working at Architect level within IAM / Active Directory
- Strong enterprise IAM / Identity Architecture experience
- Strong Active Directory architecture and design experience
- Experience with Entra ID, Okta and PAM
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation and access controls
- Experience delivering identity transformation or migration programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and architectural problem-solving skills
