IFA Administrator – Hybrid working

Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent financial planning practice based in the heart of Cheltenham. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Working within a collaborative environment, you will support several Independent Financial Advisers alongside a team of administrators, sharing workloads to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team while managing their own workload.

Responsibilities:
-Preparing client review packs for adviser meetings
-Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, protection and mortgage products
-Maintaining and updating client records, ensuring information is accurate and compliant
-Liaising with providers, advisers and clients to progress applications and resolve queries
-Producing client documentation and reports
-Drafting suitability reports for advisers
-Supporting advisers with ongoing client administration
-Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA compliance requirements
Candidate Attributes:
-Previous experience working within an IFA support or IFA administration role
-Good understanding of pensions, investments, protection and mortgage products
-Excellent organisational and administration skills
-Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
-Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
-A proactive and positive team player with excellent communication skills
Hours:
-Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
-Hybrid working following successful completion of probation (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary & Benefits:
-Salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
