Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Full Time, Office Based

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing business based in Exeter.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional client service.
Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout their financial planning journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who takes ownership, works well to deadlines and enjoys being a valued member of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Prepare client documentation and process new and existing business.
- Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain information and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Book client review meetings and manage adviser diaries.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally.
- Monitor workloads and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Prioritise competing demands and manage deadlines effectively.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately when required.
- Support the efficient day-to-day running of client administration processes.
About You:
Essential
- Previous administration experience within a professional environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence speaking with clients over the telephone.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong customer service skills.
Desirable
- Previous IFA, Wealth Administration or Financial Services experience.
- Experience supporting advisers or client-facing professionals.
- Knowledge of financial planning administration processes.
- Experience working within a deadline-driven environment.
