About the Role:

Join a busy team supporting the global mobilisation of Field Service Engineers. Working closely with Resource Planners, Project Managers and international stakeholders, you will coordinate visa applications, maintain immigration compliance, and ensure engineers are able to travel to projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa applications and supporting documentation to ensure Field Service Engineers can mobilise to projects worldwide.
• Monitor visa validity and compliance requirements, helping to maintain adequate visa coverage to support planned and unplanned work.
• Work closely with Resource Planners, Project Managers, engineers, embassies and international stakeholders to ensure timely mobilisation.
• Track application progress and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide updates and guidance on visa requirements, processes and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of visa and mobilisation processes.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in visa processing, immigration, global mobility, international travel coordination, mobilisation, or a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of visa, international delegation processes and immigration requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
