Import Coordinator

Location: Dublin
Salary: Up to €48,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting an Import Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Dublin.

You'll take ownership of ocean import shipments from start to finish, working with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure freight moves smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage ocean import shipments from booking to final delivery
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs paperwork
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shipment process
• Support the wider freight operations team when required

• Previous ocean import experience within freight forwarding
• Ability to manage shipments independently from start to finish
• Cargowise experience is an advantage
• Air freight experience is beneficial
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach

• Salary up to €48,000
• Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week
• Flexible start times (8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm)
• 28 days holiday
