Import Operations Manager

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an r Import Operations Manager for a well-established small Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.

Responsibilities:-

• Dealing with Imports start to finish - Focusing on mainly Air Imports
• Being the main contact with HMRC
• Customs compliance
• Overseeing a small team
• Completing Import Customs entries
• Working closely with Director on all operational matters
• Liaising with Airlines, Handling Agents and Transporters
• Internal / external communication
• Liaising with Customers through Email and Telephone.
• Invoicing
• Assisting with quotations

Skills:-

• Air Imports (start to finish)
• Knowledge of ETSF
• Supervisor / Managerial experience
