Your responsibilities as In-House Counsel
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of business activities
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts and business terms
  • Support compliance with consumer, financial services and data protection regulations
  • Assist with disputes, complaints and wider legal risk management activities
  • Provide legal support on acquisitions, restructures and strategic business projects
  • Help strengthen governance frameworks, policies and legal best practice across the organisation
What we’re looking for in an In-House Counsel
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent legal qualification
  • Previous experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Ability to provide practical legal advice in a commercial environment
Working hours – Full-time, primarily office-based with occasional travel
