Our client is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers while providing exceptional support and service!

What's in Store:


Comprehensive Training: Start with a robust 8-week training programme (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) designed to equip you with the skills to succeed. Experience a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and self-led learning, including operational insights, process training, and telephony skills.


Flexible Shift Patterns: After training, Advisors will work in a 3-week rotation covering early (8 am - 4 pm), mid (9 am - 5 pm/10 am - 6 pm), and late shifts (11 am - 7 pm/12 pm - 8 pm). Enjoy 6 weeks' notice for your shift pattern while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of inbound calls from customers, addressing complex queries and supporting vulnerable individuals with empathy and resilience.


Provide assistance with balance checks, new card requests, and resolving unrecognised transactions.


Utilise up to 11 IT systems while engaging with customers on the phone, ensuring multitasking efficiency and accuracy.


Adapt communication styles to suit the needs of each individual customer, providing tailored solutions and leaving them satisfied.

What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:


A background in customer service with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in using computers/laptops.
Resilient and empathetic, capable of having difficult conversations with customers facing financial challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
