Inclusion support worker – Huddersfield (Immediate Start)

Think Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate inclusion support worker who has a background in working in Alternative Provisions. 

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children and young people's learning journies. The successful candidate will work closely with the student to build confidence, reinforce core skills, and provide tailored academic support within a SEN school setting.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Previous experience of working in Alternative Provisions
  • Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis
