Description
- Provide advice and support to residents, enabling them to live independently.
- Manage and maintain properties to ensure they meet required standards.
- Respond promptly to residents' queries and concerns, offering practical solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent and effective service.
- Carry out property checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and updates for reporting purposes.
- Provide guidance on accessing local services and resources.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Independent Living Advisor should have:
- Experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of independent living and support needs.
- Basic DBS
- Drivers Licence - Preferably with a vehicle
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
Job Offer
- £16 - £20 per hour, dependent on the level of experience.
- £17 per hour as a standard rate of pay.
- Three days per week in the office for a balanced work schedule.
- Temporary position offering flexibility and practical experience.
