Industrial Cleaner in Lichfield, Staffordshire

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join a busy industrial site in Lichfield. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance and service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment throughout the facility.

• General cleaning of warehouse, production, and communal areas
• Operating a ride-on or pedestrian floor sweeper to maintain factory floors
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Cleaning toilets, canteens, offices, and welfare facilities
• Sweeping, mopping, and dusting designated areas
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly
• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Previous cleaning experience within an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating a floor sweeper is essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good attention to detail

• Competitive pay starting at £12.88 per hour
• Pay increase to £13.58 per hour
• Regular daytime hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm
