Salary: Up to £40,885 DOE + Van (personal use permitted) + Door to door
Shift: 42.5 hour week
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x / 2x
On call rota: 1/5 weeks / Standby / 2x rate + Door to door
My client, a respected independent specialist in Industrial Door Systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.
As an Industrial Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of industrial doors (mainly roller shutters)
Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards
The successful Industrial Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience working with industrial doors, if you also have automatic door experience this would be a bonus
Full UK driving licence
IPAF, PASMA and CSCS are preferred but not essential
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
The Industrial Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
